We are now providing monthly email newsletters for ACHE members, most of which include high quality articles for hypnotherapists. For your convenience, these articles are being added to the website and are summarized below.
The articles are selected by our newsletter editor, Cheryl Canfield. A Certified Hypnotherapist and Wellness Counselor since 1993, she has been an instructor at many of our International Hypnotherapy Conferences and is author of the acclaimed book, Profound Healing.
We invite all ACHE members to submit articles for consideration for publication. Please check the submission guidelines below and keep your articles coming! Together, this is one of the ways we can continue to enhance the value of our organization.

Cheryl Canfield has written this month's article on using the tools of self-reflection, hypnosis and Gestalt to heal and release the past. Paying attention to energy and the habits we've developed can help us to redirect our focus to the only time we ever really have to live: the present. As we release the past and worries about the future we can focus on the present, which is always our point of power.
"Self-Reflection, Hypnosis and Gestalt: Tools for Healing and Releasing the Past" by Cheryl Canfield
Discusses the importance of using self-reflection to bring self-defeating habits into focus and the effectiveness of hypnosis and Gestalt to help heal and release the blocks that people have held onto or buried.
